2. It is necessary to strictly inspect the surface roughness, flatness, straightness, and appearance of the tbi linear guide rail installation.
Also, it should be noted that after the horizontal adjustment of the TBI linear guide is completed, the size of the installation base surface of the main TBI linear guide must first be measured using a laser interferometer. Generally, the TBI linear guide surface on the right column is the main one, and the flatness of the TBI linear guide is allowed to be adjusted by 0.05mm every 10m. The straightness of the entire stroke is allowed to be 0.03mm. The roughness requirement is 1.6, and there should be no casting defects on the appearance.
3. It is necessary to chamfer the installation base surface of the TBI linear guide rail with the reference installation surface on the guide rail side.
Attention: The chamfer radius is 3.5mm. If the chamfer is found to be too large or protruding, it should be promptly treated with an oilstone and file. Otherwise, it may cause poor installation accuracy of the TBI linear guide or interfere with the slider.
4. It is necessary to install the tbi linear guide on the base surface and lock the threaded hole during processing.
Attention: Firstly, it is necessary to confirm whether the position of the installation screw hole is correct, and whether the center distance of each connected screw hole is 120mm&0.1mm; To ensure high-precision screw hole machining, it is also required to use CNC equipment for positioning during machining.
5. Just need to carefully inspect the TBI linear guide after opening the box.
Attention: First, check whether the TBI linear guide has a certificate of conformity, standard, and whether there are any scratches or rust. Clean the anti rust oil, remove burrs, impact protrusions, and dirt from the assembly surface. After completing these steps, the TBI linear guide is basically complete and undamaged.
